Become a Certified Talent Practitioner.

The GTI credential certifies that you can select, run and interpret talent assessments to a professional standard — and confers post-nominal status the field recognises, from Associate to Fellow.

The credential

Anyone can sit a vendor's product training. The GTI credential is different: it examines whether you can choose the right instrument, run it fairly, read the evidence, and defend the decision — independent of any single tool.

The status ladder

From Associate to Fellow

Standing rises with examined competence and contribution to the field. Each rank carries recognised post-nominal letters. Fellowship — the apex — is conferred by invitation and is never for sale.

How to qualify

Four steps to your letters

The pathway is the same for every rank — what rises is the depth examined and the contribution recognised.

  1. Enrol in the inaugural 2026 cohort and access the practitioner syllabus and study materials.
  2. Work through validity, fairness, interpretation and defensible-decision practice.
  3. Sit the written examination, assessed against the Standard by the GTI panel.
  4. Earn your rank and post-nominal letters, then maintain them through annual CPD.
